Groundbreaking Documentary "What The Health" Released on Netflix

From today (Friday 16th June) the groundbreaking documentary What The Health is freely available on Netflix.

The movie, which comes from the same team behind iconic film Cowspiracy, is described as "the health documentary that health organizations don't want you to see" by its makers.

The movie follows Kim Anderson's journey as he discovers the detrimental effects of consuming processed animal foods and dairy on our health. Anderson also shows how the food industry, and even some of the largest health organisations, provide conflicting and misleading information to the public which has led us on a path to bad health and poor dietary choices.

"With heart disease and cancer the leading causes of death in America, and diabetes at an all-time high, the film reveals possibly the largest health cover-up of our time.

"With the help of medical doctors, researchers, and consumer advocates, What the Health exposes the collusion and corruption in government and big business that is costing us trillions of healthcare dollars, and keeping us sick."

The documentary also highlights the effects that superfarms have on the health of the surrounding environment and communities, often affecting the poorest communities.

The documentary is an eye opening account of how we can greatly reduce our risk of many preventable diseases.

I DISAGREE that eating meat causes diabetes. I do not condone the consumption of "processed" meats ever. I focus on organic meat and green bitter veggies and FAT. I advocate eating to your labwork results. Meaning we are all different amd so the approach to eating has got to be the same. There is no correct way.
